Essential oils for a balanced lifestyle.

For centuries, people have used essential oils to promote a balanced lifestyle and encourage peace and calm in the body and psyche. The regular use of aromatherapy oils will definitely enhance your current life/lifestyle without breaking your monthly expenses.

I have used three of the many varieties,(all being diffused into the air with a quality aromatherapy diffuser) with great results as follows;

Orange-Diffused in the air as an air freshener for the bathroom. (especially after doing your business!)

Peppermint-Diffused in the air for sore throat or prevent a cold(especially during the winter)or use in an oil-based, body lotion as a chest rub ointment.

Tea tree-Diffused in the air as a calming effect of the mind.

NOTE: There are many other uses for these products above. I am sharing my personal experience of what I do with these few items with you.

One of the best ways to benefit from these specific products is to diffuse them into the air. There is a new, improved aromatherapy diffuser that features high-frequency ceramic oscillation to convert your mixture of water and essential oils into a fine mist. This diffusion process provides greater therapeutic benefits than heat-based diffusers.

In addition to uplifting your mind and spirit, these oils will enhance your skin, hair and dental regimen.

NOTE: Please use as directed on label of each specific product. Here is a partial, yet popular list of products to use regularly:

Orange

Peppermint

Cedarwood Atlas

Cypress

Eucalyptus

Roman Chamomile

Frankincense

Rosewood

Grapefruit

Tea Tree

Lavender

Wild Rosemary

Lemon

Ylang Ylang Extract

NOTE: Neways has discontinued producing aromatherapy oils ,due to low sales volume and the current economy. I will reporting on my findings for a replacement brand in the near future. Thank you for your understanding of this matter. :o)
